Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

When you buy or get a free download: your name, email address, order details and country, collected by Payhip, our checkout provider. We use this to deliver your files, provide support and keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation and performance of a contract).

Marketing emails: only if you tick the box to agree. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email (consent).

When you email us: your email address and message, to reply to you (legitimate interests).

This website: does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. The free take-home pay calculator runs in your browser; we never see what you type.

Who we share it with

Payhip (checkout, file delivery and email), Stripe and PayPal (payments), and Cloudflare (website hosting). They act under their own privacy policies and data protection law. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records: 6 years, for tax law. Marketing list: until you unsubscribe. Emails: up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
