Who we are

Sorted Templates is a trading name of Mourad Razgallah, a sole trader based in the UK. Address: 89 Heybridge Avenue, London SW16 3DS. Email: hello@sortedtemplates.co.uk.

What you're buying

Our products are digital files (spreadsheets, documents and PDFs) delivered by download. Nothing is posted. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any VAT due on your purchase is calculated and shown at checkout by our payment provider, Payhip.

How you pay

Checkout and payment are handled by Payhip using Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the files for yourself, your household or your own business. You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files, in whole or in part, or claim them as your own work.

Your right to cancel and our refund promise

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you usually have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to this at checkout. By completing your purchase and downloading, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel.

This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a file is faulty, won't open or is not as described, email us within 30 days and we will fix it, replace it or give you a refund.

Not advice

Our templates are tools to help you organise your own information. They are not financial, tax, legal, careers or educational advice, and we can't guarantee any particular result (for example, saving a set amount, getting a job, or passing an exam). Figures in our tools are estimates and depend on what you enter.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
